Ragooah™ creates Scripture-anchored stories and tools for everyday family moments. This page explains, in plain words, what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, email hello@ragooah.com.

Who we are

This website, ragooah.com, is run by Ragooah, founded by Grace O'Grady. When this policy says "we", "us" or "our", it means Ragooah.

What we collect

When you sign up for a free resource such as the 10-Second Calm Reset: your first name and email address.
When you email us: your email address and anything you choose to include in your message.
Basic technical information: like most websites, the services that host our pages may record standard information such as your browser type and the pages visited, to keep the site working and secure.

We do not ask for, or knowingly collect, information from children. Our resources are made for parents and caregivers.

How we use it

To send you the free resource you asked for.
To send you a short series of welcome emails and occasional emails with gentle help for everyday moments, news about Ragooah books, and new resources.
To reply when you contact us.
To understand which resources are helpful, so we can make better ones.

We will never sell or rent your information.

Services we use

We use trusted service providers to run Ragooah. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:

Website and sign-up forms: HBA Builder hosts our website and saves sign-ups.
Email: AWeber stores our email list and sends our emails.
Books: our books are sold on Amazon. If you click through to Amazon, Amazon's own privacy policy applies to anything you do there.

Cookies

We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies on ragooah.com. Our website and email providers may use small, essential cookies or similar technology so that pages and forms work properly. Our emails may include standard tracking that shows whether an email was opened or a link was clicked, which helps us send more useful emails.

Your choices

Unsubscribe anytime: every email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
See, correct or delete your information: email hello@ragooah.com and we will help.

How long we keep it

We keep your name and email address while you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, our email provider keeps a record that you unsubscribed so we do not email you again. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Keeping it safe

We use reputable providers and take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, but we work to keep your details safe.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
